In this role, you will support client-facing advisors in delivering a highly personalized, white-glove service experience. You will coordinate client communications, manage requests with precision and urgency, and ensure every interaction reflects the firm’s commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include account administration, preparation and organization of financial documents, and support of the financial planning process. You will play a critical role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and professionalism that define the W&A client experience. Requirements: Strong experience in client services, customer support, or a client-facing role Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished tone Basic knowledge of, or interest in, finance and financial planning concepts Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency Experience in financial services or wealth management preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred What you will do: Client Service & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests Deliver timely, thoughtful, and professional communication across all channels Coordinate closely with advisors to ensure alignment and responsiveness Ensure every client interaction reflects a high-touch, personalized experience Account Administration & Documentation Assist with account setup, transfers, and ongoing maintenance with accuracy and care Prepare and process client documentation in a timely and compliant manner Maintain well-organized, up-to-date client records Support financial planning processes through precise data gathering and organization Meeting Preparation & Follow-up Prepare detailed, client-ready materials for meetings Coordinate scheduling and logistics with efficiency and professionalism Document key takeaways and manage follow-up action items Ensure all client needs and next steps are executed seamlessly Client Experience & Team Support Support client engagement efforts, events, and communications Contribute to a consistent, elevated client experience across all touchpoints Collaborate with team members to refine processes and improve service delivery Uphold the firm’s standards of professionalism, discretion, and excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr Wealthstrategists
