SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Establishing and managing command-wide Information Technology (IT) planning, budget, architecture and authority; developing policy, procedures and/or standards for acquisition and life cycle of Information Resource Management. In addition to the above listed qualifications, your experience must also reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. Desired Skills: Leadership & Change: Experience leading, mentoring, and managing a diverse, multi-tiered IT workforce (including subordinate supervisors, team leaders, or senior technical experts) through major organizational restructuring, cultural shifts, or technological transitions. Financial & Resource Management: Experience developing, defending, and executing large-scale enterprise IT portfolios and budgets (e.g., multi-million or billion-dollar portfolios), including aligning capital planning with strategic agency goals. Modern Cyber & Cloud Tech: Experience directing the development and implementation of complex Enterprise Information Technology, Information Assurance, and Cybersecurity programs, to include modern frameworks such as Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), secure cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GovCloud), and Risk Management Framework (RMF). Strategic Partnerships: Experience collaborating and negotiating with senior executives, Flag/General Officers, and external industry partners to align technology initiatives with broader national security or agency-level missions.
