Our operational team handles the core backbone, schedules, resource tracking, display setups, and project milestones, powering live activations across Greater Louisville.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Entry-Level Project Assistant , you’ll learn the ropes from experienced project leads while supporting daily coordination, resource staging, and delivery timelines.
- Keep Milestones Moving: Assist with project schedules, task tracking logs, briefing packages, and status updates.
- Cross-Team Alignment: Coordinate with field teams and client leads to confirm venue specs, supplies, and timelines.
- Track Results & Actions: Monitor delivery metrics, spot potential delays early, and help resolve daily operational bottlenecks.
- Support Briefings: Participate in morning team syncs, document key decisions, and follow up on agreed action items.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Open to all degree backgrounds (High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree welcome).
- Experience: Beginners welcome! Backgrounds in office support, retail, customer service, or hospitality are a plus—we provide full, hands-on training.
- Key Traits: Organized, proactive communicator, detail-driven, and adaptable in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
