Food & Beverage Manager - Full Time
Clubhouse Lounge + Kitchen | 1001 Enclave Boulevard
Join the dynamic team at Clubhouse Lounge + Kitchen as a Food & Beverage Manager! This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key leader, you'll oversee the operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our hospitality team is well-trained and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Overall Restaurant Operations: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Staff Management: Hire, train, and mentor staff to uphold quality service and performance standards.
Inventory Management: Purchase food and stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Training & Compliance: Ensure all team members are trained on proper food preparation, legal alcoholic beverage service, kitchen safety techniques, and health standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible scheduling to meet operational needs.
