Experienced Screen Print Press Lead

New Buffalo Shirt Factory has an opening in the production department for an energetic and detail- oriented person who can work both independently and as the leader of a press crew. Must have prior experience in screen printing of apparel on automatic presses, including the set up of multi-color jobs; as well as troubleshooting. Strong communication skills a must; including training of new press employees. This is a first shift position, 8 am – 4:30, hours may vary, depending on departmental needs, including some Saturday work. Flexibility is very important, as the jobs and scheduling change from day to day, and you must be able to handle the challenge of these daily alterations. Salary range $20.50-$25.50 per hour, pay is weekly.
