Your Role

• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when required.
• Keep detailed documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and uphold the highest standards of lab quality.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
