Degree in American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreting, certified ASL Interpreter credentials, and 1+ year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
• Current certification as a Sign Language Interpreter; ISBE certificate required (or 3.0 EIPA with ISBE approval, or 3.5 or higher)
• Experience interpreting in K-12 school settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to various educational environments
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards in educational interpreting

Responsibilities:
• Provide sign language interpreting services for students and staff in classroom and school settings
• Support effective communication and inclusion strategies
