This pivotal role involves overseeing daily administrative functions, ensuring a well‑organized and efficient office environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for the comprehensive coordination of our staffing needs, including scheduling caregivers, matching staff to client requirements, and managing personnel records to ensure optimal service delivery. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting both our administrative team and our caregiving staff.
