General Manager

OTG Concessions Management, LLC (OTG) is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant and Cibo operations at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). The role includes managing staff, budgets, cost control, food quality, and guest service across multiple concepts. Responsibilities Promote an attitude of pride, cooperation, and success in the unit. Accountable for ordering process and overall unit budgets. Manage cost and sales projections on a weekly basis. Ensure cost‑effective staffing and adherence to labor budgets. Oversee unit scheduling and crewmember management. Provide leadership to managers and crew members. Maintain high standards for food quality and customer service. Direct managers and crew to achieve company standards. Administer and follow up on management and crew training. Assign and define areas of responsibility for managers, establishing deadlines. Lead the team toward achieving the unit’s financial goals. Maintain a positive work environment for management and staff. Provide a workplace free from hazards, following all safety policies. Lead recruitment of front‑of‑house staff. Communicate OTG policies and procedures consistently. Oversee CIBO Markets in assigned quadrants. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Degree in hospitality or culinary field preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of senior managerial experience in multi‑unit concepts. 1–3 years of retail experience (convenience store) a plus. Proficient knowledge of P&L budgeting and forecasting. Strong culinary background and fine‑dining experience a plus. Commitment to service for customers, crew, co‑workers, and management. Demonstrated dependability, personal drive, leadership, and ability to lead by example. High level of integrity, work ethic, passion, and commitment to OTG values. Ability to train, delegate, coach, and aid in development of crew members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather. Pay range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year plus bonus eligibility.
