General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3 years in a leadership role
- Weekend availability
- Experience managing a team of 20 or more
- Ability to work 4045 hours a week
- Proven experience in team development
- P&L experience
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Mentor and developed hourly employees
- Manage controllable costs, including labor and food
- Role model and train for excellent guest service standards
- Ability to communicate with management and team members
- Maintain the standards of the company
- Be an ambassador for our brand!
