In this role, you will assist with a variety of member services, travel-related products, and retail transactions while providing outstanding customer support in a fast-paced environment. Customer Service Representative Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am- 5pm On-site 
• Pay Rate: $18 p/hour

Customer Service Representative Job Description:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting members in person, over the phone, and through various service channels.
• Process membership transactions, foreign currency exchanges, passport photo services, and other member-related requests accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare travel resources, including marked maps and promote travel products and member benefits.
• Support retail operations by selling travel store merchandise, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the office is prepared for daily business activities.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally, assist with call center operations, and provide administrative support as needed to ensure excellent member service.
  

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Ability to travel to Wyomissing, PA
