Responsibilities Drive disruptive thinking and challenge status quo for clients. Build strong relationships with clients and help them embrace new opportunities. Establish and implement new models and approaches that introduce unexpected solutions to brand challenges. Lead the team and give clients confidence to reach outside the familiar. Contribute to a culture that grows and motivates colleagues and clients to adopt disruption and new methodologies. Manage and mentor junior strategists to foster engagement and career growth. Develop meaningful and productive senior client relationships to ensure strategic recommendations exceed expectations. Create and facilitate agency and client ideation sessions; employ disruption and facilitation tools. Lead research and insight generation using new methods for gaining brand insight. Contribute to and lead various aspects of Disruption Live by finding trending topics and monitoring macro‑trends. Collaborate with account and creative managers to create brand positioning, disruption roadmaps, and creative briefs. Generate insights from multiple data sources for disruptively creative and brand ideas. Contribute to new business pitches, managing customer insight generation tied to pitch product clinical data. Interview target prospects to generate pitch content and story flow. Attend live pitch presentations and act as key authority. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of prior work experience, preferably in an agency environment (pharmaceutical experience highly desired). General computer proficiency. Prior internal team and brand strategy experience. Foundational skill set: research/data focus, independence, patience, confidence, leadership, creativity, strategic agility. Oratory talent, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to command a room. Sound judgment and discretion for conflict resolution. Ability to work hybrid in NYC office. Salary range: $180,000 - $210,000.
