Real Estate Sales Development Representative

This Sales Development Rep (SDR) role is intentionally designed as the entry point into an Acquisitions Manager career path. You will start by focusing on prospecting, lead qualification, and seller conversations. As you ramp, you’ll be trained on deal evaluation, negotiation fundamentals, and off‑market transaction flow. The goal is for this role to grow into putting deals together independently and eventually running your own acquisitions pipeline. Compensation $3,500/month stipend during ramp‑up period 100% Commission role Performance incentives and commissions tied to qualified deals Successful SDRs are promoted into Acquisitions Manager roles with upside commission This is not a permanent salaried role. The stipend exists to support development, not replace performance Important Note: This is not a traditional retail real estate role. You will not be listing homes or representing buyers.
