Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to determine their mental health status and needs.

• Design individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions (both individual and group settings) to empower clients and provide them with coping strategies to manage their mental health symptoms.

• Act as a liaison by coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or social workers, ensuring a comprehensive support network for clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular team meetings and clinical consultations to discuss cases and seek holistic solutions for complex client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will encounter a diverse range of clients, including those struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidenced-based treatment methodologies.

• Ability to deliver culturally informed therapy using a trauma-informed approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n
