The Quality Inspector II will support all inspection activities including incoming, in-process and final inspections to ensure final product and documentation meet all company and customer requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use an Optical Comparator for measurement of parts and characteristics.

• Use video measurement equipment to measure part dimensions.

• Understand and perform to all current quality standards.

• Prepare and update Company and Customer inspection records as required.

• Communicate inspection results effectively with co-workers and supervisors.

• Use basic statistical techniques for evaluation of measurement data and trending including SPC and Process Capability.

• Accurately completes all required electronic transactions and paperwork.

• Utilize various measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, gages, and other handheld measuring devices for open set ups.

• Prepare and update Company and Customer inspection records as required.

• Abide by and support all safety and quality system requirements.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Requires attention to detail and the ability to read drawings and specifications.

• Previous experience in manufacturing environment and quality background

• 3 plus years' experience.

Salary Pay Range:

$21.12 - $27.98 USD Hourly

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training . In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation .
