Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

Seeking a full-time Senior Influencer & Partnerships Manager, this remote position will manage Ivy City's influencer strategy, build relationships with creators, and oversee campaign execution to drive brand growth through creator marketing. Key responsibilities Build and execute influencer, UGC, and ambassador strategies across channels Nurture long-term relationships with creators and manage all creator communications Oversee the full influencer campaign lifecycle, ensuring brand alignment and performance tracking Required qualifications 6-8 years of influencer/creator marketing experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns with measurable results Strong understanding of the TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI Proficiency with influencer platforms such as Shopmy, Grin, and Aspire
