**Duration: 2+ months (Possible Extension)

**Pay Rate: $20.00/Hr. - $25.00/Hr. On W2

**

**Schedule: Mon – Fri 7.00 AM – 4.30 PM EST

**

**Position Summary:

**

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support daily warehouse and logistics operations.

• The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience working with barcode inventory management systems.

• This role requires someone who can effectively manage inventory transactions, analyze data, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibility:

**

• Manage inventory movements and maintain accurate inventory records using a barcode scanning system.

• Process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create reports, track inventory levels, analyze trends, and support operational decision-making.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through cycle counts and transaction audits.

• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, customer service, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth product flow.

• Generate and maintain logistics reports, KPIs, and operational dashboards.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, inventory control standards, and quality requirements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse and logistics efficiency.

• Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, receipts, transfers, and inventory adjustments.

• Assist with data entry and inventory reconciliation activities.
