Efficiently dispatch vendors or internal crews to address service requests, coordinating efforts to meet client needs promptly. Track and manage work orders from initiation to completion, maintaining accurate records to ensure operational excellence. Follow up with clients post-service to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs, fostering strong client relationships. Qualifications Experience in customer service or call center environments, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. Strong organizational skills to manage work orders and track requests from initiation to completion.
