Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients using a variety of evidence-based approaches.

• Monitor client progress through comprehensive evaluations, utilizing data-driven techniques to guide therapy.

• Customize therapeutic interventions based on client needs, preferences, and responses to treatment.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and adjustment of therapeutic modalities as necessary for optimal patient outcomes.

• Engage in crisis management and therapeutic interventions for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in our EMR system while minimizing administrative burden.

• Foster a non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere for clients, encouraging open communication and feedback.

• Collaborate with the case management team and other professionals to coordinate holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• State-required licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to practice as a mental health professional.

• Strong foundation in various psychotherapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients.

• No history of medical malpractice claims verified by third-party sources.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
