Digital Merchandising Specialist (Part-Time!)Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Digital Merchandising Specialist, a W-2 contract opportunity.6-month W-2 contract Bolingbrook, IL - Hybrid Hours: 20-30 hours per week. Schedule: Onsite 6 days a month (Tues-Thurs every other week for corporate weeks) This is a W-2 contract opportunity, and candidates must be able to work on our W-2 only. NO C2C or 1099.Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Category Management team in executing digital activations. This role helps ensure every event launches on time, accurately, and with the polish that drives marketplace growth.Core Job Responsibilities:Prepare event materials and templates that support activation planning across the category management teamMaintain accurate activation details across internal planning and tracking systemsTrack updates throughout the event lifecycle and ensure changes are reflected with cross-functional partnersSupport timeline management by monitoring milestones and following up with internal and brand partnersConduct onsite quality reviews during activations and document findingsOrganize post-event documentation and learning to support recapsManage administrative tasks required to support the ongoing growth of the companyRequirements For Consideration:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred but not required.0-2 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketing: internship experience welcomeExcellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracyProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is a plusClear, professional written and verbal communication skills for working with internal partners and external brand contacts.Comfort learning new systems and processes quicklyPassionate about beauty and e-commerce and excited to help brands succeed on the platform."Beware of scams.
