Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of housekeepers to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and manage daily cleaning schedules to ensure all rooms and common areas are serviced efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Train new housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure the team has the necessary tools to perform their duties.
• Implement and uphold safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members and guests alike.

Qualifications

• Leadership & Delegation: Ability to manage and motivate a team of 10-15 housekeepers while holding them accountable.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient room turnover and handle unexpected scheduling emergencies.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for long periods and frequently lift or carry items.
• Productivity & Communication: Clear verbal and written communication for reporting room statuses and tracking supplies.
