We are seeking a friendly, service-oriented Commercial Truck Tire And Diesel Technician to join our busy and growing Truck tire shop and Mobile road service. As a Tire Technician, you will provide excellent customer service by identifying the needs of our customers and assisting them with selecting the right tires tire replacing on site, as well as performing small mechanical tasks. You’ll inspect and install tires and perform other related tasks, such as tire rotation and balancing, replacing hoses, brake chambers, brake shoes, wheel seals, small electrical repairs, carb test, diagnostics PM services.
Responsibilities
- Provide tire inspection to ensure safety and driveability
- Perform tire rotations and balancing
- Follow the safety procedures set forth by the company
- Answer customer inquiries and provide stellar customer service
- Maintain shop and truck in order
- Customer service
- Some professional experience removing and installing tires is preferred
- Basic automotive skills preferred , oil change experience
- Clean driving record,
- Clean background
- Flexible schedule
- Customer service-oriented to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
