Sales Operations Coordinator

New item setup and retailer documentation Coordinate new item setup forms, vendor onboarding, and retailer documentation Manage customer setup and maintenance across retailer portals Maintain SKU master data including dimensions, UPCs, case packs, and product specs Promotions and reporting Help with entering promotions and forecasts Assist with post-promotion recaps Prepare dashboards and other organizational tools Help maintain UNFI and KeHE stock level dashboards Broker and sales support Ensure brokers have sell sheets, marketing materials, current pricing, and presentations Ensure marketing and sales materials are updated when products change Monitor retailer websites for pricing issues Serve as the point of contact for inbound sales inquiries Organization Organize and maintain the sales SharePoint folder Requirements Required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and follow-up skills Interest in growing into a broader sales role Preferred Experience working with retailer and distributor portals Familiarity with trade promotion management software Background in CPG, natural, mass, or club channels We believe great work happens when people feel supported both professionally and personally.
