Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health history and needs, and subsequently developing individualized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based individual therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed approaches to maximize client engagement.

• Establishing clear therapeutic goals and benchmarks to monitor progress, ensuring that clients feel empowered and supported throughout their treatment journey.

• Offering teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges or preferences for virtual care.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, encompassing session notes, treatment plans, and client progress reports.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license in mental health counseling (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, based on your experience and caseload. In addition to financial remuneration, our benefits package includes:
