This position allows for a fully remote work setting, providing flexibility and comfort while you conduct therapy and support from your home or other preferred locations. As an integral part of our outpatient office facility, you will have the ability to connect with colleagues virtually, leverage modern telehealth technologies, and partake in continuous training and development tailored to enhance your clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee the clinical care of your assigned patients, ensuring high standards of proficiency and empathy in all interactions.

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions and group therapy, tailoring sessions to the unique needs of each patient.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients, accurately preparing treatment plans and progress documentation.
\n
• Manage a diverse caseload, addressing a range of psychological needs, and maintaining thorough treatment logs.
\n
• Utilize advanced assessment tools to collaborate with patients and their families, devising and implementing effective intervention strategies.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing your clinical skills to address immediate psychological needs.
\n
• Refer clients to specialized professionals or additional resources as required to ensure a holistic approach to care.
\n
• Regularly assess and re-assess patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans based on evolving needs to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Conduct mental health evaluations that fit within our structured care framework, ensuring consistency and quality of treatment.

• Develop and maintain accurate documentation of treatment strategies, session notes, and outcome measures.
\n
• Facilitate educational workshops and support programs for patients and their families, aimed at empowering them in their wellness journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required to qualify for this role.

• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is a prerequisite for application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

SpringPath Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, contingent on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide the following benefits:
