Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and client expectations. This role requires a proactive professional capable of driving projects from initiation through completion while ensuring quality, efficiency, and business value. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk management strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, and Executive Leadership. Manage project budgets, forecasts, change requests, and overall project financial performance. Monitor project progress using KPIs and prepare executive-level status reports and presentations. Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues while implementing effective mitigation plans. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality assurance processes, and project governance. Foster strong client relationships by providing regular communication, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery methodologies and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of Project Management experience in IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology environments. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resource planning. Preferred Qualifications PMP , Certified Scrum Master (CSM) , or PMI-ACP certification. Experience delivering Cloud, ERP, CRM, SaaS, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation projects. Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps, and enterprise software implementation methodologies.
