ProCFO Partners is a fractional CFOfirm on the Inc 5000 list two consecutive years. We are growing our team andlooking for experienced CFOs ready to do meaningful work with the structure andsupport to back it up.

What This Is

A portfolio-based independentcontractor role. You serve as the embedded CFO for a group of ProCFO Partnersclients, executing our proven financial framework across each engagement. Youbring the expertise. We bring the systems, tools, pipeline support, and peernetwork with a model already proven across 45+ CFOs and more than 400 clientsnationwide.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the financial leader for a portfolio ofProCFO Partners SMB clients ($10M–$100M revenue)
• Execute ProCFO's service delivery standards,reporting cadences, and engagement frameworks
• Partner with business owners to strengthenfinancial decision-making, cash flow, and growth strategy and build the infrastructure needed
• Report monthly on client outcomes, framing the valueadded, delivered, and communicated at each engagement
• Collaborate actively with fellow ProCFO CFOsthrough peer forums and ongoing training
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with bothclients and the internal ProCFO team

Income potential is tied to the size and structure of yourclient portfolio with ProCFO Partners. A modest licensing arrangement supportsthe infrastructure and services we provide to help you scale effectively.

What You Bring

• Senior financial leadership experience, includingprior CFO or equivalent roles
• A track record of building trusted relationshipswith business owners and leadership teams
• Strong ability to simplify complex financialconcepts for non-finance audiences
• A large professional network in your regionalmarket
• Coachable, process-oriented mindset with anentrepreneurial drive
• Curiosity about emerging tools and technologies,including AI
• Must be based in Dallas, TX
