Neurology Territory Business Manager (Overlay), Miami

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology franchise in the Miami area to support product launches and indication expansion. The role involves territory planning, stakeholder engagement, and sales execution within an established team environment focused on autoimmune disease treatments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory strategy aligned with launch priorities and sales objectives
- Collaborate with local and regional colleagues to align customer engagement and strategy
- Communicate and engage with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy providers
- Travel regularly throughout assigned geography to support market activities
- Maintain CRM records and submit account plans and activity reports timely
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Neurology sales background strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Experience executing product launches
- Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and market access dynamics
- Must reside in Miami and Fort Lauderdale area
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 USD base annually
