Molecular Biologist for AI Training

$60 - $80 per hour

Role Overview

Apply molecular biology expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through accurate, real-world scientific data, evaluations, and feedback. This remote contract role focuses on improving how AI systems learn, reason, and perform in molecular biology. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Review molecular biology data, experimental protocols, and scientific literature for relevance and accuracy.
Develop content, annotations, and explanations grounded in current molecular biology concepts, techniques, and findings.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific validity, clarity, and alignment with established molecular biology standards.
Provide detailed subject-matter feedback to improve AI understanding and performance.
Create or curate real-world scenarios, questions, and datasets that reflect key molecular biology challenges.
Collaborate with technical teams to refine deliverables and maintain scientific quality.
Contribute insights on emerging molecular biology trends and applications as needed.

Qualifications

Advanced degree, such as an MS, PhD, or equivalent, in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, or a related life science field.
Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation of molecular biology results.
Familiarity with contemporary laboratory techniques, including PCR, sequencing, CRISPR, or protein analysis.
Experience with scientific writing, publishing, or peer review in molecular biology or a related discipline.
Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and accurately for diverse audiences.
Experience working across interdisciplinary teams or on multi-expert projects is an asset.
Curiosity about AI technologies and interest in shaping their application within molecular biology.

Work Terms

Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

$60 to $80 per hour.
