Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs, developing customized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, including modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises, to enhance patient recovery.
• Regularly collaborate with the medical team, including physicians and healthcare providers, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach toward patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to therapy regimens to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and strategies to prevent re-injury or maintain rehabilitation progress.
• Engage in regular continuing education to stay updated on the latest therapy practices and innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients primarily consist of individuals recovering from work-related injuries, surgeries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida or eligibility for licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, particularly focused on orthopedics or rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. A 401(k) plan with employer contributions is available to help you save for the future. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you ample time for personal and family commitments.
