Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / NP Opportunity

A well-established pediatric practice is looking to hire a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / NP to provide high-quality, compassionate, family-centered care within its collaborative outpatient clinical team in the Spokane, Washington area!

Nurse Practitioner will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering evidence-based pediatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Collaborative care environment: Work alongside experienced pediatric providers and clinical staff in a supportive, team-based outpatient setting focused on high-quality care.

Comprehensive pediatric services: Provide care across the full spectrum of pediatrics, including well-child visits, sick visits, chronic disease management, and behavioral health evaluations.

Patient- and family-centered approach: Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support healthy development and long-term wellness for children ages 021.

Established community practice: Growing pediatric organization with multiple Spokane-area locations and a strong commitment to accessible, high-quality care for local families.

120,000 150,000, depending on experience, with production bonus opportunities

Full-time, Monday Friday or 4 days/week

Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care in an outpatient setting serving patients from birth through age 21

Perform well-child exams, immunizations, developmental screenings, acute care visits, and chronic condition management

Collaborate with physicians and care team members while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision-making

Optional participation in pediatric urgent care coverage for additional clinical variety and compensation

Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Pediatric experience preferred

Comfortable managing a broad range of pediatric primary care conditions
