School Based RBT

This part-time School Based RBT position offers up to $32 per hour and 20 hours per week in Boulder, Colorado. The role supports students with mild to moderate behavioral needs by implementing individualized plans and collaborating with school staff. Successful candidates will hold an RBT certification and provide therapeutic support in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapeutic support to students with mild to moderate behavioral needs, implementing individualized plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to develop and execute behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and behavioral incidents in compliance with school policies.
• Execute data collection and analysis to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Support students in achieving behavioral and educational goals within the school environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid RBT certification
• CPR certification
• First Aid certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with students with behavioral needs
• Ability to pass background check, strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability
