Responsibilities Review build sheets, prints, and production documentation Assemble electrical plates and enclosures using build prep instructions Install electrical components, controllers, and hardware per documentation Wire components using correct color/gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification per print Use hand and power tools safely (drills, drivers, crimpers, cutters, torque tools) Support teammates to keep workflow moving and maintain a positive shop environment Follow quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S / shop housekeeping) Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and accuracy (wiring, labeling, component placement) Comfortable using hand and power tools in a manufacturing/assembly setting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and stay on task Ability to follow written work instructions and basic electrical prints/build sheets Technical/vocational training (electrical, industrial, mechatronics) is a plus Prior experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, control panels, manufacturing assembly, or mechanical
