Human Resources Clerk

$19 - $21 per hour

Job Description

Position Summary:
This role requires a candidate with strong verbal and written communication abilities, effective interpersonal skills, and excellent time management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate keen analytical thinking, sound problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to apply specialized knowledge acquired through prior experience or formal training in payroll and human resources functions for multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate HR records
Maintain multiple HR excel spreadsheets
Scanning, faxing, emailing, etc.
Conduct research as needed to fulfill requests for items related to your job
Perform payroll procedures
Administer new hire onboarding and separation documentation processes
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

2 years payroll/HR experience preferably
Retail, Wholesale, industrial experience preferably
Expert in Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills

Compensation: $19-$21; depending on experience
