Lofton Staffing is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to the Board Executive Director and, at times, additional leadership staff. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and can manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, exceptional multitasker, and dependable problem-solver who can work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to executive leadership
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information while interpreting organizational policies and procedures as needed
  • Draft, compose, edit, and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executive leadership
  • Organize and maintain confidential electronic and physical filing systems, records, and reference materials
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting materials, including agendas, binders, handouts, and supporting documentation
  • Attend meetings, record detailed minutes, and prepare accurate meeting summaries and transcripts
  • Assist with administrative processes such as travel reports, invoice and bill processing, supply ordering, and budget-related documentation
  • Create, format, proofread, and maintain reports, tables, records, case files, and other business documents requiring specialized terminology and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update electronic databases and files by identifying, recording, classifying, and retrieving information efficiently
  • Compile information from multiple sources to generate reports, correspondence, and specialized documents
  • Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting, and overall accuracy
  • Support special projects and additional administrative functions as assigned
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic document management systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience supporting executive leadership preferred
Requirements: Qualifications
