- Support the President and senior leadership team with scheduling, communications, and presentation preparation
- Coordinate and execute quarterly town hall meetings, including compiling and polishing slides using the company’s existing template
- Plan and execute company events, sales meetings, customer visits, lunches, and catering logistics
- Lead the associate-driven social committee
- Draft companywide emails and other internal communications on behalf of leadership
- Make announcements and present information during company meetings
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments (Quality, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Operations, Training, Warehouse)
- Handle quality support tasks: document revisions, record review, basic reporting, and tracking overdue quality items
- Assist with sales support: meeting prep, customer training coordination, and on-call program scheduling
- Manage general office functions: greeting guests, phones, supplies, minor IT troubleshooting, and offsite errands
- 3+ years of administrative support experience to mid- or senior-level management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to draft polished, professional communications
- Comfortable presenting in front of groups and making live announcements
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and tech-savvy — comfortable researching and problem-solving independently
- Professional, discreet, and adaptable — able to handle confidential matters with sound judgment
- Must be comfortable with all responsibilities of the role, including ordering meals and hands-on logistics
- Industrial industry experience preferred; strong transferable experience from other industries welcome
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field a plus
