Sales Consultant - In-Home - Altoona, PA

Pay Scale: $31,000 base + 4%-5% commission depending on performance; ability to earn $120,000+ gross

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, evenings and weekends, per client's needs

Link Service Heating and Cooling is a family-owned company started in 1951. We provide residential repair, maintenance, and installation on heating and air conditioning equipment. Our main service area is Blair, Cambria and Centre County.

We are looking for an In Homes Sales Consultant to join our growing team! We are currently looking for a motivated and outgoing salesperson. Someone looking to possibly learn a new craft and help homeowners in the communities we service.

Position Summary : In this position, you will be in residential homes gathering information about the homeowner's wants and needs, and various measurements of the home. You will then use the products and services we offer to create options and then present the options to the homeowner.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years consultative sales experience. No HVAC experience needed!
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
• Great personality with proven ability to develop relationships quickly
• Valid Driver's License with a clean, insurable driving record
• Proficient with technology, excel, windows, and cloud-based software
• Excellent communication skills; in-person, written, and over the phone
• Well organized and ability to work independently
• Must be able to crawl in tight spaces and work in extreme weather conditions
• High school diploma or its equivalent

Qualifications desired

• In-home sales experience
• Desire to make $120,0000+ per year income
• Use of CRM or dispatching software
