Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, including individual, group, and family sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Work in close collaboration with case management teams, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated care approach for clients with complex needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support clients facing acute mental health challenges or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Engage in community outreach and initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma, contributing to a healthier community overall.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
