Posting Job Title OR Coordinator / Medical billing Rep. Responsibilities A trained and skilled employee who performs surgical charges and clerical support for the OR. The responsibilities include: Monitoring and updating surgical inventory costs and billing, entering patient charges for OR, SDS and PACU, Updating MD preference cards, Ordering supplies, and scheduling OR cases. Minimum Experience: Knowledge of instrumentation and equipment used in OR procedures preferred. Medical billing, standard ordering/receiving transactions, distribution systems relating to movement of material and people preferred. Computer skills and ability to utilize photocopier/fax machine.
