We are supporting a large-scale airport technology environment that requires skilled IT professionals to support, maintain, and enhance critical systems across multiple airport facilities. These roles operate within a mission-critical infrastructure supporting airport operations, security, communications, and enterprise IT services. Successful candidates will help ensure smooth execution of IT projects in a highly structured operational environment.

• Support planning and coordination of IT projects under the guidance of senior project managers to ensure successful execution of project activities
• Maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery of commitments
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and support escalation and resolution activities
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, document discussions, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability
• Assist in preparing project reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders
• Support documentation, procurement tracking, and administrative project activities to ensure project governance compliance

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management roles
• Exposure to IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, or large operational environments
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Experience supporting project documentation and reporting activities
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
