Pricing Analyst I

As a Pricing Analyst at Honeywell Aerospace, you will analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive pricing initiatives. Your strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and pricing tools will enable you to perform pricing analysis and provide recommendations for pricing decisions. You will report directly to our Sr Pricing Manager and work out of our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico or Tempe, Arizona location. External hires will begin with 90 days onsite before transitioning to a hybrid (3/2) schedule. In this role, you will monitor and evaluate pricing performance, making adjustments as needed. Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment with support from the Sr pricing analyst and manager, are essential. Key Responsibilities Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive pricing initiatives. Perform pricing analysis and provide recommendations for pricing decisions. Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make adjustments as needed. Requirements 1‑2 years of experience in pricing or a related field. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. 1‑2 years of experience in data analysis and pricing tools such as Excel, SAP, Salesforce. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to read, write and speak English. We Value Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Master's degree or advanced certification is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
