Salesforce Developer

Pay Range $57.01hr - $62.01hr

Requirement/Must Have:

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field/equivalent work experience.
Salesforce certifications in Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, and Platform App Builder.
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in design and/or development experience with Salesforce Platform.
Strong background in Apex programming techniques, writing triggers, service classes, batch and queueable Apex, scheduled jobs, governor limits and object-oriented principles.
Experience with SOQL and SOSL, retrieving data efficiently from Salesforce Objects, understanding query limits and optimization techniques.
Experience with Lightning Web Components, build modern, component-based front-end experiences in JavaScript/HTML/CSS, integrating with Apex.
Experience with Salesforce Flow and Process Automation using declarative automation to streamline workflows, validate data and trigger actions without code.
Experience as an expert/lead technical role.
Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce production deployments; assist with troubleshooting deployment issues.

Responsibilities:

Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performance optimization.
Customize and extend Salesforce functionality to meet specific business needs.
Integrate Salesforce with relevant third-party systems and internal applications.
Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the internal team.
Review existing Salesforce org configuration, codebase, and integrations.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Build and configure API integrations with external systems.
Implement role-based security, profiles, and permission sets.
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
Perform unit testing and integration testing.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
Resolve defects and optimize performance.
Deploy changes to production following change management protocols.
Provide technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.
Conduct a knowledge transfer session with the technical team.
