Tubing Hill Operations Attendant
The Tubing Hill Operations Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests are informed about scheduled activities at the tubing hill. This outdoor position is fast-paced and active, requiring excellent customer service skills. The attendant is also responsible for handling cash transactions and executing daily closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Informing guests of equipment rentals and scheduled activities
- Responsible for checking rental waivers are fully completed by the guest
- Responsible for supervision and maintenance of tubing hill and ice skating
- Checking paperwork and entering information into RTP
- Sizing and issuing proper equipment to guests
- Handling money, making change, posting room charges, cashing out and making cash drops
- Daily inspection and upkeep of building and surrounding areas, tubing hill, fire pits and skating rink; which could include snow removal
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Must be attentive to detail and have excellent communication skills
- Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
