Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, leveraging tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to establish accurate diagnoses and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to provide outpatient therapy, continually assessing patient progress, and adjusting interventions as needed to address mental health complexities.

• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of treatment records, progress notes, and clinical information in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing advanced digital health record systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
