Description

• Conduct assessments of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, formulating personalized treatment plans

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited educational institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
