Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients that focus on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall functionality based on comprehensive assessments.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities specifically designed to promote physical well-being and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients and their families on appropriate body mechanics, exercise techniques, and home exercise programs to facilitate ongoing recovery beyond clinic visits.
• Utilize various modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, to support pain management and functional improvement.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking metrics such as range of motion, strength gains, and rehabilitation milestones.
• Prepare treatment areas, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are organized and ready for efficient therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, sharing insights that optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications
