Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensively evaluate patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions to formulate personalized treatment strategies.
• Design and implement tailored rehabilitation programs that are aligned with each patient's specific goals and clinical assessments.
• Perform hands-on therapy, utilizing a range of techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to optimize patient recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring accurate treatment updates and modifications of care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation goals, self-management techniques, and overall wellness practices to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a patient's recovery process.
• Participate in regular case discussions and professional development activities to stay current with industry advancements.

Qualifications
