Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans based on thorough assessments of each patient's mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as required to ensure optimal recovery and functional improvements.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals within and beyond our organization to offer a holistic care approach tailored to patient requirements.
• Educate patients on effective injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation exercises, and self-care techniques to support ongoing health beyond therapy sessions.
• Conduct biomechanical assessments and leverage specialized therapeutic modalities to treat and rehabilitate musculoskeletal conditions effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus primarily on patients experiencing orthopedic conditions, including those recovering from fractures, post-surgical therapy, chronic pain, sports injuries, and joint replacement needs. The diverse range of cases will enrich your experience and expertise as you help a varied clientele improve their daily functions and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in physical therapy, with a strong track record in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• In-depth knowledge of orthopedic conditions, treatments, and the latest therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly beneficial.
• Hands-on knowledge of advanced therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, dry needling, or therapeutic ultrasound.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient documentation and data management.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 110,000 and 130,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
