Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their individual needs and therapy goals.
• Create and implement customized care plans that integrate various treatment modalities, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to address specific orthopedic conditions and enhance functional mobility.
• Design and implement tailored exercise and wellness programs that promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Educate and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, focusing on the importance of active participation in their rehabilitation.
• Monitor progress continuously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to facilitate comprehensive care.
• Document all evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with clinic guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Obtained a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in orthopedic physical therapy settings.
• No history of disciplinary actions or board issues related to your professional license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy and exercise program design.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.

Compensation and Benefits
