Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Overseeing a remote team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor will manage staff performance and ensure compliance with receivable and collection policies while providing training and support in billing and financial processes. Key responsibilities Supervises Customer Service Representatives in the Central Billing Office, monitoring performance and conducting evaluations Directs receivable, credit, and collection policies, ensuring compliance and efficient collection of open accounts receivable Analyzes financial trends and develops improvements for staff and department processes Required qualifications Minimum of three years supervisory experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Accounts Receivable within healthcare settings Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and revenue cycle experience; Master's Degree or MBA preferred Strong analytical skills and financial acumen Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and medical insurance terminology Experience with coding medical records using ICD and CPT coding systems preferred
